The Mighty Megalodon!

Carcharocles megalodon was one of the fiercest predators that has ever roamed the seas; it was believed to have lived between 20 million and 2 million years ago was when it was believed to have gone extinct. Most of our information is based off what we know about current day sharks and their behaviors. We can use size ratios to predict many things about C.megalodon from the fossils of teeth and vertebrae that we have discovered. We are able to predict the mating patterns and movement from where teeth and skeletons have been discovered.
