The Chamaeleo chamaeleon belongs to the Phyla Chordata within the Kingdom Animalia and can be found in the trees of Europe, Northern Africa, and the Mediterranean (Arkive 2013, Ibrahim 2013). Chameleons are well known for their ability to blend into their surroundings, but they possess many amazing qualities such as their independently moving eyes and extremely long and agile tongue (Lustig et al. 2013).
