This slide shows an eosinophil surrounded by several erythrocytes.  Note the two-lobed nucleus with large granules.  The cytoplasm of eosinophils contains large, bright-orange granules.  Eosinophils are fairly rare with a typical frequency of 1-4% in WBC counts.
