So, Where Can I Find a Platypus?

The only place in the world where one can find a Platypus is in Australia.  They are found on the eastern coast of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.  They are also found on the whole island of Tasmania.  A Platypus inhabits lakes and streams on the eastern coast of Australia.

Other animals that share the same habitat with the Platypus are its prey, which will be discussed later, and its predators.  Animals that hunt the Platypus are birds of prey, crocodiles and snakes.
