Where Did Orcas Come From?

It should be noted that the phylogeny of many of these organisms is very controversial due to the many definitions of what a species is, so there are many differing opinions about the origin of Orca whales.  It should also be noted that many of these branching points are much more extensive than I went into, but I decided to only show that information that seemed pertinent to the phylogeny of Orcas.
