About Me

Hey everyone! My name is Joe, and I’m a freshman at UW-Lax. I’m majoring in biology with an emphasis on Bio-medical sciences with a chemistry minor. I’m hoping to go into some sort of pediatric medical field. I like doing anything outdoors, fishing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and playing lacrosse. I built this web-page for my Organismal Biology class. The reason I chose the organism Nostoc was because I’m amazed by the ability of such a small organism to basically be the reason that you and I are alive and breathing today and it deserves to be recognized.
