Meet & Greet!

I’m a junior at UW-La Crosse, studying a slew of things. I’m double majoring in Cellular & Molecular Biology (see picture above) and Biochemistry, with an additional emphasis in Pre-Pharmacy. I’m originally from Port Edwards, WI. I’m greatly enjoying my time in La Crosse. I should be graduating in the Spring of 2010 and heading off to get my Doctor of Pharmacy.

So just who exactly do I think I am...

This website was created as an assignment for Organismal Biology at UW-La Crosse. The masterminds behind the plan, Dr. Tom Volk and Dr. Greg Sandland, have a dream of creating a go-to source for information on a plethora of species. Check out www.multipleorganisms.net to see all of the wonderful biodiversity available after only three semesters!!

If that array of organisms doesn’t suite your fancy, or you’re looking for a fungal species, also be sure to check out www.tomvolkfungi.net for all your mycological needs.

If you have any questions or comments regarding the Japanese eel site in particular, feel free to e-mail me at peaslee.alex@students.uwlax.edu.

And what is this all about.....
