California grasslands house a variety of organisms. One of these creatures is that of the Spilogale putorius, also known as the spotted skunk. The skunk is a very recognizable animal and is able to be seen all over the United States. Though mischievous at times, this adorbale little creature can be quite the sight to see. Remember to keep your distance, however, because this Spotted Skunk has a secret weapon that it is not afriad to use... Let your curiousity compel you to explore this website!  When you take a walk in the wildreness around your home, keep your eyes peeled for Spilogale putorius, you never know when one may dart across your path!
