The Warmouth Sunfish

This website is to inform about the Lepomis gulosus,
also known as the Warmouth Sunfish. The Lepomis gulosus,
and other species in the family Centrarchidae, can be found in
the Mississippi River basin (Avise 1977). While conservation of
the Warmouth varies by location, according to the
Nature Reserve
status in Wisconsin is “Apparently Secure.” A map can be
