Hello! My name is Caitlin Spohnholtz and I am currently a freshman at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. I am majoring in Biology with a Pre-medicine concentration. After I graduate I plan on attending medical school and fulfilling my dream of becoming a Physician and helping others through the world of science. I am currently a member of the Pre-Medicine Club and when I get the chance to volunteer I'm all for it. In my spare time I love to play softball, hang out with friends, scuba dive, and just be busy. I have a wonderful family consisting of my mom, dad, and younger brother. I would like to thank my family for supporting me all my life and getting me to where I am now. The reason I chose to research the American Coot out of the millions of other animals is because ducks are my favorite animals and have been since I was a little kid. Now I know the American Coot is not a duck and you should too from taking a look at my webpage but it is duck-like. Also, the American Coot is a very awkward animal with its large feet. Now, I don't have large feet but like most people I am awkward at times and can be very ungraceful (ask anyone...I'm a walking target for accidents). So have a look around my webpage and enjoy!
Be sure to check out a whole bunch of other organisms at Multiple Organisms!
