Thanks for checking out my website! I hope you enjoyed it!
My name is Chelsea DeMuth, and I am a student at the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. I am majoring in Biology with a concentration in Biomedical Sciences and minoring in Chemistry and Nutrition. I’m interested in the healthcare field and have the intentions of someday being a pediatrician. My friends and family mean the world to me, and when my nose isn’t in the books, I love having fun with them! This includes being active and doing fun activities such as four wheeling, camping, cheering on the Packers or Badgers, and going to country concerts. I am a very bubbly and energetic girl, and I can't just sit around and do nothing.

I created this website as an assignment for my Organismal Biology class led by Dr. Anita Baines and Dr. Gretchen Gerrish. We have learned about diverse organisms during this course and how they relate to each other. Making this webpage is a hands on way to discover more about a specific organism and to use and strengthen the information that we have learned in lecture. I chose to research the maned wolf because I love dogs and the organism looked like an interesting creature. It inspired me that it wasn’t closely related to a wolf nor a fox, but rather a unique genus of its own. I wanted to find out more about the animal!
