PMS:     Bananas also contain vitamin B6 that regulates blood glucose levels that can effect moods.


Hangovers:     Bananas help to settle your stomach and raise your sugar levels and re-hydrate your body.


Brain Power:     Research has shown that the potassium in bananas has helped children learn by alerting the pupils to focus more.
