For centuries, they've provided decorations for Halloween, pies at Thanksgiving, and a carriage for Cinderella, but what's the real story behind those pumpkins?  Jack-o-Lanterns and pumpkin pies aren't the only things pumpkins are good for, nor are they the only interesting aspects of C. maxima.  I hope my website will help you to learn more about the impressive angiosperms and their niche in the world!
