• They has eight tentacles.

• It does not move by a siphon, but by walking!

• This Cuttlefish is highly toxic, but the toxin is unknown.

• The adult Cuttlefish dies after copulation.

• They are only found in the Australian Area and Malaysia.

• pfefferi can change its shape and color to blend in.

• They hunt crustaceans and other small fish.

• It is classifed in the lower classification system based on the size of their cuttlebone.

• The lifespan of the Flamboyant Cuttlefish is 1-2 years.
