My name is Olivia Westhoff, and I am a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. I am currently studying Exercise Science and Psychology. After I graduate, I plan to continue on to Physical Therapy school. I am currently in an Organismal Biology course (BIO 203) at UW-La Crosse, and as part of the course we were to choose an organism to research and create a website for that organism. My instructors for Organismal Biology are Dr. Gretchen Gerrish and Dr. Todd Osmundson. My partner and I decided to choose Wunderpus photogenicus after much deliberation. We were intrigued by the coloration and behaviors we saw of this octopus in various videos. I was responsible for writing the Reproduction and Interactions pages on this website. I hope you enjoy learning about this amazing organism as much as I did! If you have any questions feel free to contact me at westhoff.oliv@uwlax.edu

My name is Scott Horton, and I am a third year student at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.  My studies are currently focused on music with an emphasis in theory and composition as well as biology with an emphasis in biomedical science.  As a requirement of the biomedical science major, I am currently enrolled in organismal biology taught by Dr. Gretchen Gerrish and Dr. Todd Osmundson.  For this class we are required to create a website featuring an animal of our choosing and for this project my partner and I chose the Wunderpus photogenicus, an animal that was only recently discovered.  We choose Wunderpus photogenicus because we were intrigued by the coloration and behaviors we saw of this octopus in various videos  Per this website I have contributed to the habitat, adaptation, as well as fun facts sections.  This organism is truly a spectacle to behold and I hope you enjoy your time not only reading about it, but viewing the various images and videos to get a better sense of this creature.  If you have any questions I am available for contact at horton.scot@uwlax.edu
