Welcome to Zoo Test: A Self-Testing Tool for Zoology Laboratory Quizzes

This resource was developed to help students enrolled in Animal Biology (Biology 210) here at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse to study materials for laboratory practical exams.  Each section contains a series of images with questions of the type found these exams. The answers to each of the questions can be found by clicking on the Answers button or by scrolling down the page. For more detailed information about the page, enter Zoo Lab, a website that contains all of the same images with complete annotations and text.

Hints for Best Viewing

The images used in Zoo Test were originally designed to be viewed at a screen size of 800 x 600 pixels. With the advent of larger, LCD screens with better resolution, various screen sizes are now used.  We suggest you experiment with your computer to find a screen size that allows you to comfortably view the images and annotations that accompany them.

Note: Screen size can be changed in various ways depending on your operating system, but in many of the Windows programs, you can change the number of pixels displayed on your screen by going to the Start Menu, then to Settings, then to Control panel and selecting Display options. If not already shown, click on the Settings tab and use the slider bar to adjust the Screen resolution.
