About the Author

Amanda Bales

 

I am a freshman at University of Wisconsin La Crosse. I am majoring in biology with a biomedical concentration. I hope to go onto medical school after I earn my undergraduate degree. This is the first website I have ever made. I created this website as a project for my organismal biology class. To be honest, the reason I selected the common merganser as the topic of this website was because it was one of the few organisms left on the list we could select from. After researching this bird, I have discovered that it is a very interesting creature and I am really glad that I selected this organism. I hope you enjoyed my website and learned a lot about the common merganser.
