All about me!

I am a freshman attending UWL and built this website for my organismal biology class.  I grew up on a farm raising horses, cattle, and chickens. From there I fell in love with the outdoors and what all it has to offer to everyone. I try to be outside as much as possible doing various activities from hunting and fishing to rock climbing and ultimate frisbee. I first chose the silver carp to build my website around because I thought  it was so cool how this fish catapulted itself out of the water, so immediately I wanted to find out more.  I knew that this fish was an invasive species due to my own fishing experiences, but I didn’t realize how bad the problem was.  Building this site has made me aware of how the silver carp is being dealt with, obviously there are a lot of kinks to work out.  If you have any questions or comments regarding my website feel free to contact me!
