My name is Sasha Jascor and I am currently a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. I am majoring in biology with a biomedical concentration and a chemistry minor. My goal is to become a Pediatrician as I have always enjoyed working with children. Outside of school I enjoy playing or watching sports, volunteering, and working as a Certified Nurses Assistant. To the right is a picture of my siblings and myself. In front of me is my half brother, Joe, to the left of him is my half sister, Kelsey, and to the left of me and behind Kelsey is my full sister, Jasmine. Any other free time I have is spent between my mother, my siblings, and my father. All of which have made huge impacts on my life.
I decided to make this website on Tapinoma melanocephalum
because I see ants all the time but I realized I did not know
that much about them. This particular species is unique and has
a Halloween touch. I am glad I was able to learn about
this organism because between it being a vector in the transmission
of antibiotic resistance bacteria in hospitals (as stated on the
facts page) and their
increasing distribution, I may have to deal with Tapinoma
melanocephalum in some way or another in my future.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at

Otherwise thank you for visiting my site and I encourage you to
