Hello, my name isKatie Tacke Katie Tacke and I am currently a Freshman at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.  I am majoring in Biology with a concentration in Biomedical Science in hopes of someday becoming a Physician’s Assistant.  I was assigned to construct this webpage for my Organismal Biology course that I am currently enrolled in.  I chose Viola odorata (Sweet Violet) because I am very interested in the medical field and the Sweet Violet is one of the many medicinal plants.  I also think that the Sweet Violet is a very beautiful flower.  I have learned a tremendous amount from this project and I hope you learn something from viewing it.  If you have any questions, comments or concerns feel free to e-mail me at tacke.kati@students.uwlax.edu
Enjoy!
