Habitat
The Arceuthobium pusillum lives on coniferous trees of the Pinaceae mainly the black, white, and the occasional red spruce tree stands in North America. Mainly concentrated around the U.S. and Canadian border east of the Mississippi river. Other organism in the eastern dwarf mistletoes habitat are trees, insects, birds, as well as numerous other vertebrates.
