Phylogeny Inference Package.  A package of programs for inferring evolutionary trees.

Phylogeny Inference Package.   Methods include parsimony, distance matrix, and likihood methods, including bootstrapping and consensus trees.  Data types include DNA and protein sequences, gene frequencies, restriction sites, distance matrices and 0/1 discrete characters.
