Aplodinotus grunniens

Have you ever gone fishing and put up a huge struggle to reel in a fish only to be disappointed when on the end of the line you had a Freshwater Drum?? Well although this has never happened to me, I have heard many fishermen complain about the feisty fish that was not worth the fight. Aplodinotus grunniens also known as the Freshwater Drum, Sheepshead, croaker, lake drum, or grunt can best be summed up by one word: PERSEVERANCE.
