Hello, my name is Calen Hart and I am a student at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. Currently, While completing my undergraduate in Biomedical Sciences, I am also serving in the Wisconsin Air National Guard. I hope that this website has given you a greater understanding of the species Datura stramonium. Personally, the medicinal stories, as well as  the controversies, behind jimson weed made it a fascinating study. Also, being that its not one of those plants that only explorers run across in the depths of the rainforest adds to its curiosity.
