A Blurb
About The Author:
Before I begin
writing about myself, I’d like to thank you for viewing my website.
I hope you enjoy what you see!
My name is Stephanie Kitzmann.
I am currently a freshman at the
University
of Wisconsin, La Crosse.
I am a prospective biology major with an emphasis on
molecular biology as well as a Spanish minor.
This website was created as a requirement of
Organismal Biology at the University of WI, La Crosse . We
were able to choose any organism, and I chose Penicillium
chrysogenum because of a number of different factors. I
feel that everyone knows the uses and benefits of this fungus;
however, few people are able to say anything more about the
organism. This website was created with hopes to give an
insight to the life of one fungus species and ultimately increase
the appreciation for fungi in general.
This is my first
published website, and I had a great time designing it.
Of course, as yourself and anyone else who may eventually
read this, I am only human; please see the below contact information
with regards to any errors you may encounter!
