About the Lice-Free Author, Samantha Koch

This is me in front of a dental office in La Crosse, WI. I know, a little dorky!Hello everybody, my name is Samantha Koch.  I am currently a freshman at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.  My major is Bio-Medical, with an emphasis on pre-dental! I hope to someday become a dentist. Before I say anything else, thank you for looking at my webpage on Pediculus humanus!   Please come back again or send me an e-mail!

That would be me, Samantha Koch, creator of this webpage! For my Bio-203 Organismal Biology class, we were to design a webpage on any organism.  I bet you are wondering why I chose human lice, such a creepy, disgusting creature!  It turns out that I have always heard interesting facts about this organism and have wanted to become more familiar with an insect that affects many humans, particularly children, today!

Come on, who wouldn't want to learn about a bug that sucks blood from your body! Right?
