My name is Phil Strandwitz and I'm a student currently enrolled at the University of La Crosse - Wisconsin. I plan on majoring in microbiology with a business concentration, as well as picking up a chemistry minor.
I chose Clostridium botulinum as my organism, because I've always been interested in it growing up. One day, I learned that the bulging cans that my mom threw out actually contained the most potent toxin known to man... and ever since then I've been hooked.
