Hello! My name is Dain Gilbert and I graduated from the University of Minnesota in the spring of 2010 with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Human Movement Science. I am interested in pursuing a career in Physical Therapy.

In my free time, I am a Personal Trainer. I enjoy working with individuals and helping them achieve their personal fitness goals. It is rewarding and is a lot of fun.

I enjoy spending time with friends, exercising, traveling, reading, and spending time outside.
