Habitat

Comb snaggletooth snails can be found in a variety of places.  Generally they will not be found in moist, wet environments or in water.  Often comb snaggletooth snails can be found on wooded hillsides, they prefer be around trees such as: Oak, Cherry, Iron wood, and basswood.  Comb snaggletooth snails can be found under leaves, rotting logs and debris in the forest, occasionally they may be found in grassy open fields.
