Hi! My name is Kristi Knoblauch and I am currently a student at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse. I am majoring in biology with a concentration in biomedical sciences and also in pre-professional physical therapy. I love the outdoors and enjoy having a good laugh. Even though I come from a mostly German heritage, I am an Italian at heart because I love to indulge in any kind of pasta. I also find the ruins and history of Italy to be fascinating. My hopes are to visit Italy at some point in my life, the sooner the better.
