All About Me!

ME : )My name is Amanda Johnson.  I am a junior at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.  I am majoring in Biology with a biomedical concentration and Pre-Nursing with a minor in Chemistry.  I plan on going into an accelerated nursing program at Marquette post graduation and eventually becoming a Nurse Anesthetist.

I have two sisters (Heather and Megan) and one brother (Adam).  I am from Waukesha Wisconsin.  In high school I was part of the track team, colorguard, gymnastics team, POMS squad, Salto Dance Company, 4-H and various school clubs.  In college I was a part of the UW-L Gymnastics team. In my spare time I love to hang out with friends and family, read books, watch movies, cook and exercise!

I choose to do this webpage on Sepioteuthis lessoniana because I love calamari!  When I wasBrother and Sisters at Va Beach! younger I did not appreciate the seafood flavor. My first two seafood items that I discovered that I liked were Calamari and Shrimp. I thought it would be interesting to learn more about the organism that became Calamari. For some more information on how to prepare your own calamari in the comfort of your own home please visit allrecipe.com .

I would like to thank the various websites that are allowing me to use their pictures.  I would also like to thank my mom and Dad for emailing me pictures from home and looking over my website.  I would also like to thank all the ITS people for helping me create this website.  I definitely would not have been able to do it on my own.  Also, a huge thanks to Dr. Sandland and Dr. Volk for giving me the opportunity to design this website.  I learned a lot and enjoyed putting it together!

Please feel free to give me feedback on my website.
