My name is Samantha Disrud. I am currently a freshman at
University of Wisconsin La Crosse. My current major is biology
with a biomedical concentration and a minor in art. Originally, I am from Beloit, WI. It is a smaller city on the
border of Wisconsin and Illinois. In my free time, I love
cooking. Some of my favorite spices to cook with
nutmeg and
ginger.
Pineapple,
cranberries,
oranges and
bananas are a few fruits that help make
an amazing fruit salad.
This webpage was created as a class project for organismal
biology. We had to choose food related organisms. I did not know
that much about thyme before I started this project. After all
the research and work, I now appreciate Thymus vulagaris.
