My name is
Lisa and I am attending University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.
Though I am attending school here in cheese head Wisconsin, I am
actually from a small Minnesota town. At this point in
time, I am a biology major with a medical emphasis, and I plan
to minor in Chemistry. My future plans are to attend
Optometry school, but that is too far away to have it set in stone.
This page on silver maples was an outcome of my Organismal
Biology class. From this assignment I have learned a great
deal, and I am excited to share what I know with the people
around me when I go on hikes throughout the years. The reason I
chose this organism was because I see them all around me every day, and
so why not become more knowledgeable about them?
