Hello there! Let me start off by saying thank you so much for visiting my website! Completing this site was probably one of the most challenging assignments I have ever been given. Having said that, it was also one of the most interesting, and I would like to take the time to thank my professors, Dr. Volk and Dr. Sandland, for assigning it. Thank you for letting me get to know myself a little better through this assignment.
Now then, a little about myself. My name is Katrina and I currently attend UW-LaCrosse as a freshman. I am majoring in Biology with a Biomedical concentration, and I hope to work in the medical field after I graduate. I am from the small town of Portage, WI where I work as a waitress in the summer. In my free time I like to go rock climbing, play sports, and relax as well.
I chose the Red-winged Blackbird because when I was little, I would always see them around my house, and I have always thought they were really pretty and had an interesting voice. They are beautiful birds that most people don't know very much about considering how abundant they are.
