Hi, my name is Jacob Salaba. I am currently a freshman at the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse. I am majoring in biology with a biomedical science focus, with minors in chemistry and psychology. I aspire to go to medical school some day, and become a family physician. This website was created for an organismal biology project at UW-L. This is one of many sites created for this class, to see more click here. I chose Bacillus cereus because of my interest in bacteria. I first experienced interest in bacteria in my organismal biology course.

I am originally from Faribault, Minnesota. I left Minnesota for UW-L because of how great of school it is, and I fell in town the the town of La Crosse. I enjoy doing any sort of outdoor activities, hunting, fishing, hiking, and any type of sport. Being that I am from Minnesota, I am a die hard Minnesota Vikings fan. I know, I know, we have never won a super bowl...But we will! Very soon! I also enjoy doing CrossFit, and am hoping to try out for the CrossFit games next year. I also enjoy all sorts of movies, Armageddon is by far my favorite. I listen to country music all the time, favorites artists are Keney Chesney, Tim McGraw, Zac Brown Band, and Blake Shelton.

I hope you have enjboggsoyed this website, it was a pleasure making it for you, and if you have any questions for me contact me at my email shown below, or contact one of my professors using their information provided below as well!
