Hello! My name is Allison Gustafson and I am currently a student at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. I am planning to major in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and an emphasis on Biomedical Sciences. I have aspirations to one day become a medical doctor. Along with school, I really enjoy running, reading, and being active.

I am originally from the small town of Tomahawk, Wisconsin. Being from the north woods, I enjoy the outdoor activities like camping and hiking. I graduated from Tomahawk High School in 2012 in a small class of just over 100 people.

I created this webpage as an assignment for my Organismal Biology class taught at UWL by Dr. Volk and Dr. Sandland. Our theme this year was “Poisonous and Venomous Organisms." I chose Nycticebus coucang because it is an interesting animal that most people don't know is venomous.
